Recipe of the Month – Pink Dessert Salad

The Fenton History Center has an extensive collection of local cookbooks in its archives. This recipe comes from the Levant Christian School Cookbook. There is no publication date listed. Shirley Jimison and Val Nunn were co-chairwomen of the Cookbook Committee. This recipe was submitted by Fran Swanson.

PINK DESSERT SALAD

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped walnuts

Mix all together and refrigerate.
