PINEAPPLE DROP COOKIES
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 cup flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup butter
¾ cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Mix all together. Drop from teaspoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Use the pineapple juice to make a powdered sugar frosting, and frost each cookie when cool.
