On June 12, 2024, the third of our Lecture Series was held. Karen Livsey and Sam Genco gave a presentation entitled “Chautauqua Obscura,” which is an assortment of little known but interesting people and events in Chautauqua County history. If you missed it, you can find the live stream on the Fenton’s Facebook page.
The 2024 Fenton History Center Lecture Series features both afternoon and evening lectures between April and September. This event is free and open to the public. Lectures are held in the dining room at the Gov. Reuben Fenton mansion. It is also streamed via Facebook. Donations are appreciated to support the Fenton History Center’s mission to preserve local history and provide educational opportunities.
