Our first Lecture Series of 2024 began on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 9, with Arthur Pearson, CEO of Roger Tory Peterson Institute, talking about the life and legacy of Jamestown native Roger Tory Peterson, naturalist, ornithologist, illustrator, and educator. If you missed it, you can watch the livestream on our Facebook page.
The 2024 Fenton History Center Lecture Series features both afternoon and evening lectures between April and October. This event is free and open to the public. Lectures are held in the dining room at the Gov. Reuben Fenton mansion. They are also streamed via Facebook. Donations are appreciated to support the Fenton History Center’s mission to preserve local history and provide educational opportunities.
