The Fenton History Center will be sponsoring a Spirit Tour at the historic and elegant Marvin House, 2 W. Fifth St, Jamestown, on Friday, May 9 at 7 PM. The evening event will begin with an introduction to the Marvin House by Marvin House President Leslie Vattimo. She said, “we welcome this collaboration with the Fenton History Center and the local paranormal investigators. We are glad to be able to showcase the Marvin house for this event.“
Reverend Havivah Richards, NST, will give a talk on the rise of the spiritualist movement of the mid 1800s, from the Fox family to how modern spiritualism has moved into today’s world. Rev. Richards says, “I live my life with Spirit and follow the principles that we have in Spiritualism. We have no dogma or creed but 9 principles that we follow to make our lives and those around us better to be able to go through our daily lives knowing we are not alone. We always have spirit right with us, always.”
Kaycee Colburn is an artist, paranormal investigator, and spiritual intuitive. She has apprenticed under Brian Cano of Travel Channel’s Haunted Collector and Paranormal Caught on Camera, worked at the Haunted Hinsdale House, worked for Nick Groff of Travel Channel’s Ghost Adventures and his new show Death Walker. Kaycee has investigated many locations including the Lizzy Borden House and the Infamous Conjuring House. If this isn’t intriguing enough, now’s your chance to join Paranormal investigator Kaycee Colburn for an evening spirit tour. Ms. Colburn says, “bridging the gap between mystery and history, the spirit tours offer a unique experience that are delightfully educational, interactive and fun! Come see what bumps in the night as we explore the depths of the historic Marvin house.”
