Scoops & Liberty: Ice Cream Social at the Fenton

Scoops & Liberty is an ice cream social celebrating America’s 250th birthday and the 207th birthday of Gov. Reuben E. Fenton. Join us at the Gov. Reuben Fenton Mansion on Friday, July 3, 2026 from 6 PM to 8 PM for an evening of ice cream, music, speakers, and historic fun. 

Guests are encouraged to attend in colonial costume as we gather on the eve of Independence Day to celebrate local history, national history, and the legacy of Jamestown’s own Reuben E. Fenton. The event is free to attend, and donations are welcome to support the Fenton History Center’s mission to preserve local history and provide educational opportunities.
