
The Fenton History Center remembers member Frank E. Stow, Jr., of Stow, New York, who passed away on April 11, 2026, at the age of 75.
Frank had a strong interest in local history, genealogy, and community heritage. He was a member of the Fenton History Center, Harmony-North Harmony Historical Society, Chautauqua County Genealogical Society, and the Sons of the American Revolution. He enjoyed tracing family roots, exploring cemeteries, and preserving the stories connected to local families and places.
Frank also served on the North Harmony Town Board, including a period as Town Supervisor, and served on the town’s cemetery board. He was instrumental in the development of the North Harmony Veterans Park.
