Historic "Southside" Walking Tour

The Southside of Jamestown in the mid-1800s to early 1900s was a mix of neighborhoods and thriving businesses. Explore the beauty and majesty of an era gone by in the south side neighborhoods near Forest Ave. Also, learn about the early businesses and people who thrived there. Fenton Archaeologist Dr. Thomas Greer will lead the tour. The tour begins at the Fenton History Center parking lot. The tour is approximately 2 hours long and will end back at the Fenton History Center. Please follow all current CDC masking and social distancing guidelines. The fee is $10 for potential members and $5 for Fenton History Center members. Children are free. For more information or to reserve your spot please call 716-664-6256 Monday-Saturday 10-4

Virtual Author Interview with Marcia Tuttle Kleinert

Join us the evening of June 29 for a virtual interview with Marcia Tuttle Kleinert, author of the book "Kinzua Life: The Story of Ray Tuttle's Family and the People of the Villiage of Kinzua, Pennsylvania from it's Beginning to it's End" hosted by Fenton Curator Victoria Parker. Learn about what inspired her to write the book, how she researched it, and more! There will be a question and answer time at the end of the interview.
