On June 1, 2024, the Fenton’s Historic Tours kicked off with the Riverwalk Tour. The tour covered the changes over the past two hundred years along the Chadakoin River. Andrew Kolstee was the tour guide. The tour began and ended in front of the National Comedy Center. This Tour will be repeated on August 31.
The next tour is the Southside Tour which will be led by Dr. Tom Greer. The Southside of Jamestown in the mid-1800s to early 1900s was a mix of neighborhoods and thriving businesses. Explore the beauty and majesty of an era gone by in the south side neighborhoods near Forest Ave. Also, learn about the early businesses and people who thrived there.
