SWEDISH APPLE PIE
Mrs. Ford Swanson
Beat 1 egg with ¾ cups of white sugar
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- Add to the egg and sugar mixture
Then stir in:
- 1 ½ cup diced apples
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- Bake in a greased 8” square pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
