Genealogy Workshop: Military Research

Join the Fenton History Center and the Genealogy Support Group for the 2025 Genealogy Workshop Series. Classes will be taught at the Hall House Research Center (73 Forest Avenue). They will begin at 10:30 a.m. and run about an hour, but registrants are welcome to stay until 12:30 p.m. to implement what they learned in our research library.

• February 1, 2025 – DNA (presented by Andrew Kolstee)
• March 22, 2025 – Vital Records (presented by Janet Wahlberg)
• May 17, 2025 – Newspapers (presented by Andrew Kolstee)
• July 26, 2025 – Military Research (presented by Barb Cessna)
• September 13, 2025 – Swedish Research (presented by Janet Wahlberg)
• November 15, 2025 – Italian Research (presented by Andrew Kolstee)

All workshops will be presented in-person. There will not be a Zoom option, but all classes will be recorded and available to those who paid for them.

Registration is $20 per class or $100 for all six classes for non-members, and $10 per class or $50 for all six classes for Fenton History Center members.
