Unfortunately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the second Chautauqua Regional Genealogical Conference, which was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Fluvanna Community Church, has been cancelled.

Previously, we postponed the conference twice, but due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, the organizers, the Research Center Committee at the Fenton History Center had to make the tough decision to cancel the conference.

We hope that we will be able to hold the conference again in the future. Those who registered and paid for the conference will be contacted regarding processing a refund of their registration.

Follow the Fenton History Center on Facebook and visit the website, as the Genealogy Support Group will be hosting a series of virtual workshops throughout 2021.

Have you ever wanted to find out more about your ancestors? Maybe you have started your family tree but have hit a "brick wall?" The Fenton History Center is holding a regional genealogical conference for all people interested in learning more about genealogical research.

Visit our website for more information on speakers and topics. Classes and Topics are available on our website, and may change closer to the event.

Registration opens March 1, 2020. You can call the Fenton at 716-664-6256 for more information.
